This past Sunday, I enjoyed one of the most fun fashion shows at the Newark Hilton, hosted by MVROP. This annual fashion show features students who participated in the design classes offered at Mission Valley. It's amazing to see the raw talents of some of these designers, who are only in high school!
One of my favorite aspiring designers is Jessica Chang, who created a line inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Check out her vibrant collection and her inspirations on this YouTube clip.

Towards the end of last year, I've been battling with acne in the early 20's. They are such a pain to deal with, and I've tried what used to work for me during my teenage years - Proactiv Solutions. Unfortunately, it didn't work out too well for me. But, I've noticed that my skin completely cleared up in the past month, and so I re-evaluated what I've done differently in the past months to have my complexion cleared!
I've discovered the two treasures I have been using daily since January:
1) Chanel Hydramax + Activ Lotion (http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/chanel-hydramax-active-moisture-cream)
2) Yoplait Yogurt
It's the first time that I've ever used Chanel, but after using this, my combination skin type has decreased in oily-ness, which helps prevents breakouts.
Whereas the Chanel face lotion is an external application for skin treatment, yogurt is the internal treatment- it cleanses your system by helping digestion and bile movement.
